Hi friends!!! How many of you have been looking for something to enhance your natural lashes? I was on the hunt for months researching info about what a lash lift entails. Some of the questions I was researching was if it was safe and if it would damage my lashes after the treatment wore off.
The reason I was looking for an alternate solution to enhance my lashes is because I had 2 terrible experiences with lash extensions not to mention it was expensive to get them done bi-weekly. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE the look of lash extensions and that you never need to wear makeup if you had them on. But if you have had an allergic reaction to the extensions or in my experience…my lashes were damaged & my eyelids were left looking like a bald camel once I got the lashes removed, then this is a great option for you.
So, with that being said, I looked into something that could make my lashes look like falseys and stumbled across the lash lift. I thought I could answer a ton of questions I’ve received about the lash lift since getting them done for the 2nd time and info on the experience & the expense.
What is a lash lift?
It’s a keratin procedure that lifts (or perms) your eye lashes. In the procedure the esthetician will tint your lashes black. You can decide how curled you want your lashes. The procedure will last 60 minutes.
How long does the lash lift last?
The keratin lash lift last 8-12 weeks. The first time I did the lash lift, it lasted 11 weeks.

Why do a lash lift?
If you are looking to have your lashes look like falseys without the expensive cost or maintenance, this is a great option. It adds curl and definition to your lashes without destroying the lash itself. It’s also a low maintenance and affordable option for your lashes. The lift enhances your natural lashes and creates longer and thicker-looking lash. The best part is that you don’t even need to add mascara.
Can you do the lash lift if you are pregnant?
Yes, it’s safe to get the lash lift during pregnancy.
Would I do it again?
Absolutely, and actually I loved it so much that I just got my lashes lifted for the 2nd time.
