Happy Saturday friends!!! I ran 4 miles today. I really didn’t want to, but I just kept thinking how good I’d feel after my run. I usually run 2 miles out so I’m forced to run 2 miles back. I had to power walk through some of it, but hey that’s ok. I would encourage you to just try 1 mile. If you need to stop, get water or even walk a portion of the way, that is ok. You can do it! Trust me, I never though I could run as far as I have.
Now onto this outfit. Most of the items listed are ON SALE + free shipping so I had to share. These are my favorite workout staples. These pants are thick and you can wear them on both sides. I literally wear them weekly and sometimes if I didn’t sweat I might turn my pants inside out to wear again. Don’t repeat that. lol Also, the top, is so comfy and stretchy. These workout clothes literally hug a woman in all the right places which is important to this momma.
Since I’m a runner, I tested out the Nike leggings, Puma, Adidas and a few others. I can honestly say there is a reason these pants are more expensive. I have tried out other tops and this one holds in all my sweat so you are not running in your own slosh and feels like you are not wearing anything. I always hang dry these items too.
